Terms of sale

These terms cover what you buy from Lynxed Games on the web: a game unlock or the All-Access pass. Purchases inside the Android and iOS apps are sold by Google Play and the App Store under their own terms, and they handle those refunds.

What you buy

A game unlock is a one-time payment that unlocks the full game in your browser, for as long as we run that game. XENO // BREACH is free to play on its first deck and $4.99 to unlock.

The All-Access pass unlocks every Lynxed web game for as long as it is active: $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax is shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Purchase codes and accounts

Each purchase is tied to a purchase code (on your Stripe receipt). Keep it: it restores your purchase on another browser or device. A free Lynxed account holds your codes for you, but you don't need one to buy.

Cancelling the pass

Cancel any time from the account page (Manage or cancel) or the pass menu in a game. The pass stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops; we don't charge again.

Refunds and your right to cancel

A game unlock or pass starts as soon as you pay. If you live in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase; by buying, you ask for the game to unlock straight away and accept that this right ends once it does.

Separately, if a purchase doesn't work, you were charged twice, or you bought by mistake, email contact@lynxedgames.com within 14 days with your purchase code and we'll put it right, usually with a refund. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The games

We update the games over time: balance, content and features change. We'll keep the games you bought playable in a current browser; if we ever have to stop running one, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this site and refund pass subscribers for any unused time.
